Junior Knight Football 2025 (for 7th–8th grade boys)

Registration is now OPEN for the fall 2025 Junior Knight Football season.   This program introduces and gives participants a tackle football experience in a Christian environment.  The season begins on August 18 and concludes on October 14.   An end of season dinner and wrap-up is scheduled for October 19.  The team practices twice per week and plays a 6-game schedule in a local public school league.  Click below for the 2025 JK Football practice and game schedule.

Registration closes on August 17.   Thank you to those who have registered already. Registration will remain open through August 17.   If you are interested in participating, please register as soon as possible.   Early registrations are a tremendous help in the planning of a season.

Cost of program: $175.00   

​

Includes: The cost includes the rental of a helmet, shoulder pads, pants, game and practice jersey, and knee pads. Girdles are required.  We will have some girdles available for purchase for approximately $40.00 (parents can also purchase this on their own if they prefer). Players should have football cleats.  A mouthguard will be provided to all players.

Orientation/Equipment Handout:   Equipment handout and Orientation will take place at Luther High School at 6:30 on Monday, 8/18/25 in the ACE gym.

First Practice:  Tuesday 8/19/25 at Luther High.

The Luther Junior Knights program is run by parent volunteers.  All Jr Knights Coaches are unpaid volunteers.  Registration fees go towards tournament entry fees, equipment, referees, uniforms, etc.
